I don’t care if they want $84k for it, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

I have a bit of a thing for alpine white BMW M cars; notwithstanding, the fact that my M3 is grey.

You’d have to be insane to pay even half of that price.

I’ve been on that dealers site before. They must spend a lot of time finding all these M cars that no one drove.

Here in Yrop you can have an M5 E39 for 85% of this price and on top of that even score something that has some options combo that was low production...

Dear seller of this car,

You are an idiot.

$25,000 maybe.

I wonder how long the market for E chassis BMW’s to switch from origins, to restored. Ince the E30 M3 cracks six figures for decent examples I think these will fall in line as well.

Oh EAG, home of realistic prices and definitely not a magnet for over-monied speculators.

Fun thing with this one is that it will depreciate like a normal 85K 5er if you actually drive it - so you’re kind of stuck. Sit on it and be bored or drive it and lose money.

I’m not going to lie...these things are awesome. They will dig a hole for me and my 01' Imola. Its better than both my ISF and E46 m3 combined. It knows who’s favorite. Having said that....These things are selling for less money down here in Australia, so that is saying something!

Kinja'd!!! sm70- why not Duesenberg? > E90M3

I’ve always wondered how EAG stays in business. Most of there inventory is not just overpriced, it’s beyond a joke. Their modus operandi seems to be, “Take high end of reasonable value range of car, double that number, and there’s our asking price.”

Apparently, there are enough people with enough money to pay stupid sums for these cars.

They probably cater to people who won’t miss 100k from their bank account. I won’t lie, if I had that kind of money to throw around, I’d buy it in a second. It’s more of I’ve always wanted this as opposed to it being a financial decision.

I heard that car prices are really high there. I was talking to a friend from Australia and apparently the E90 M3 was like 150k there new.

Or if you’ve got throw away cash, buy it and enjoy it and not worry about depreciation.

unless i was a multi-zillionaire athlete, id rather have an nsx for this amount of money.

The NSX doesn’t really do it for me, I’m sure it’s a fantastic car, but I just don’t want one.

If you have money to burn, why not. Or just buy a normal miles E39 M5 to drive, plus maybe an E28 M5 or an E30 M3 and some money for maintenance.

Kinja'd!!! j.davism5 > E90M3

your friend is lying. That is the price for a low spec. m3 sedan now. E39 M5's brand new were 198k in 2001. we pay miles to much between tariffs and taxes levied on cars. E39's out here range from 22k for a 99' used import with over 150k klms, through to 45k for low k post 2000's.
